Every purchase and every tip has an invoice, and you can download it yourself at any time.
Your orders
Open your account and choose Orders (or go to fatstep.com/en/user/orders). Each order shows what you bought, the date, the order number, the amount and its status: Paid, Refunded or Partly refunded.
Download an invoice
Click Invoice next to an order to download it as a PDF. Invoices are issued a few minutes after payment: until then the order shows Invoice on its way. Right after paying, the confirmation page also offers the invoice as soon as it is ready, and the confirmation email links to your orders.
The name and country on the invoice
Invoices are made out to the name and country in your Profile. Check them there before buying if you need them to be exact.
