Every purchase and every tip has an invoice, and you can download it yourself at any time.

## Your orders

Open your account and choose **Orders** (or go to [fatstep.com/en/user/orders](https://fatstep.com/en/user/orders)). Each order shows what you bought, the date, the order number, the amount and its status: **Paid**, **Refunded** or **Partly refunded**.

## Download an invoice

Click **Invoice** next to an order to download it as a PDF. Invoices are issued a few minutes after payment: until then the order shows **Invoice on its way**. Right after paying, the confirmation page also offers the invoice as soon as it is ready, and the confirmation email links to your orders.

## The name and country on the invoice

Invoices are made out to the name and country in your **Profile**. Check them there before buying if you need them to be exact.
