## How you are charged

The price you see is all-inclusive - card fees are already included - and billed in **EUR** or **USD** based on your region. There is no separate surcharge added at checkout.

## A charge looks wrong, or you need a refund

If a payment did not go through, you were charged unexpectedly, or you need a refund, reach us with the **Chat with us** button and we will sort it out. Having your order confirmation email handy helps us find it quickly.
